My sister is Home!!

Auntie Steph came home!! 18 months felt like forever but also went so quickly. So glad to have her back from Uruguay!
Right before we left to the airport to pick her up I had the boys hold up the sign we made for her.
Everyone was waiting patiently...
Not the best pic but she's at the top of the escalator.. So exciting!!!
All the girls together again!! Love my sisters
We spent all day with her! We went to lunch, chilled at a park with the kids in the fabulous weather, then played games until late hours. It was just so good to have her back.. It is so good to have her home!!

Halloween 2015

This year we had H & D dress up as Iron Man and Captain America. H has been obsessed with the Avengers so we went with this theme because the costumes can also be used as dress ups.
They both looked adorable I would say :)
G put on his old batman costume to match the boys super hero theme.
I'm super huge pregnant so I put on black and did my makeup to look dead and ratted my hair. Not much planning went into the costumes this year, but hey.. Being pregnant and taking care of kids is exhausting. So I think that's a good enough excuse to not have the top notch costumes.
Besides..it's not too hard to look scary either.
Daddy with his boys :)

We had the most fun carving pumpkins. My mom puts on a carving contest every year. I carved 3 pumkins (mine & boys) and G did his 1.  H enjoyed scribbling marker all over his more than the carving part. His pumpkin was covered in green washable marker before I washed it off to truly carve it. It was cute watching him scribble
D's
H's
G's
Mine.

It was overall a happy Halloween!

G is a college graduate

I can't tell you how wonderful it has been to have my hubby around at nights again!! Greg has finally graduated and I couldn't be more proud of him. It was a lot of sacrifice on his behalf to make this happen. I think he lived off of 4-5 hours of sleep or less a night for over a year. During this time he still maintained working out, holding down his full time job/career and being the best daddy and husband as well. The boys has no idea he was even in school because he spent time with him from the moment he got home from work until bedtime.
School has never been enjoyable or easy for G but he got it done so quickly and passed every class. He is such a hard and dedicated husband and father we are so truly blessed to call him ours.
I also made him walk for his graduation so we could get a picture to document his big accomplishment and show the boys when they are older.
My boys are too cute!!!
I sure lovey little family

We are so proud of you sweetie! You did it!!!

Bad things come in 3's

We have always been pretty lucky with our cars. We bought our hylander in 2009 and it has been such a good car for us. We also got Greg's old Acura a little before H was born and for the most part that car was dependable. However, we just came into a run of bad luck. We already spent $5-600 fixing the alternator a few months ago in Greg's car. (Which its old so we get it) but then it wounding start Monday after he got off work so I had to pick him up. He ended up driving my car until Wedneday. On Wednesday he fixed his car by putting in a new starter. On his way home to come pick us up, so we could get his car, the breaks in our Hylander ciezed up. Thankfully he was by tunex and rolled into there unharmed. They were closed though and now he was stranded without a car. Thankfully my mom picked him up and took him to work to get his 'just fixed car'and he headed home with it. Another blessing is that he made it home safely yet again, but this time when he pulled into the garage I noticed his car was smoking. He opened the car hood and the new starter part was on fire!! Seriously!! He yelled at me to put the kids inside and thankfully we also has purchased a fire extinguisher a few years back for our kitchen. He put the fire out quality and we were super glad the fire was strictly on the new part and didn't spread. We could have had a huge issue people! It could have blown up and taken our house and us with it! I'm so glad the boys love to run out and say Hi to daddy and that I stayed outside fetching D while Greg ran into get something. I don't think we would have caught it in time.
Well Greg exchanged the part and now the car works perfectly but we just decided we are done throwing money into an older car. So... We bought a Mini Van!! LOL and I'm super happy with it!
I am not officially a mini van mommy and I don't even care what others think because it's so practical, easy to load kids into, had a TV, the doors open with a button, and the boys LOVE it too!!
Greg will keep driving our Hylander since its paid off and more dependable. And this beauty is mine to drive around in :)

I call 2 cars breaking in one day a double bed thing but two more bad things happened. The next event was a trip to the ER right at bedtime with our H! He was running around being crazy and tripped and fell into the railing of our stairs. He got a nice little gash in his head which I knew immediately needed stitches based on how deep it was.
This picture doesn't show it too well because the blood kept pooling I'm the gap.
Derek was already in bed sleeping because he just started fevering a few hours before this happened. Thankfully Greg's mom and the boys "Nana" came to the rescue and stayed at our Josie with or sleeping boy so we could both be with H at the hospital.
The hospital was surprisingly the raider part. H was pretty calm the entire ER visit.
He wouldn't let go of these gross salt water taffys while we were there. They were dirty and had drops of blood on them. We luckily had some cash in the car and bought candy and soda in the  vending machine and this finally gave me the chance to throw away the taffy.
They wrapped his head and put numbing ointment on his head. He allowed the nurse to do this twice without complaint. He was tired and slap happy and we started goofing off while waiting the 40-50 min it takes for the double numbing to take affect.
We had some fun making silly faces
I got to cuddle H for the most part but I switched out and let Daddy have a turn too!!
It's hard to tell from this picture but the stitches are in!! We didn't need any sedation at all! He was so tired (probably because it was past midnight) and while he laid down I just talked to him about our new Van and he loves it so much, it kept him side tracked for all 5 stitches.
I'm sure the process of getting the stitches removed will Not go so smoothly.
Ok.. Well the 3rd negative thing actually started happening before we left for the ER. Remember how I said D was fevering?? Well guess what sickness that was the start of?? Hand, foot, and mouth. And let me tell you... It is horrible. A few days into it H got it too. Poor kids have been miserable with high fevers, blisters, and hives everywhere. I can't woad for this to be over. My kids always seem to pick this stuff up at nursery or play dates.
Here's to hoping for good things coming our way.
Though there have been a few bad things.. There is still so much food that comes from bad. 1. We have a new car! 2. I got to see my son be so brave. 3. I got lots of fever cuddles!!

And Baby 3 will be...

?????

Today we broke down and spent the extra few bucks to go to fetal studio because another 5 weeks would seriously kill me!! And also because Greg will start his new job (I'll post more about this next week) and won't be able to make it to the 20 week anatomy scan. I'm just excited to know because than I can start really prepping myself for another boy or possibly a girl.
I'm sure many people are thinking "it's your 3rd and no one cares" , but it's a big deal to me. So why not share it for those who are interested. We make adorable boys (yes I am biased) and my vote as of now is that it's a Boy! (I'm writing this part pre ultra sound so I don't know yet)
Greg thinks it's a girl and pretty much every person has voted girl so far. I truthfully think it's only because we have two boys. I'm too nervous to even think it could be a girl. I only want happy feelings when/if they tell me the baby is a boy. So yeah..I'm anxious and excited..

Well it's post baby and we have an answer for you all ... It's A...

Boy!!! Yep! Another Boy!!
Apparently we only make boys so far. We are excited to welcome him to our family this December. I really love my boys and I'm thinking this new little man will probably look just like his other two brothers. Even his little profile in the ultra sound makes me think so.

Mothers Day 2015

This Mothers Day was pretty special. I started it by sleeping in. It was great! Then I woke up to a delicious breakfast by the master chef Gregy a.k.a my better half. He mad scrambled eggs with cheese on top, bacon, sausage, hash browns and crepes with a yummy cream cheese fruit dip frosting and fresh razberries and strawberries to go in and on top! It was all so yummy! The only issue with it was that I couldn't stuff my face due to the morning sickness...
Yep you heard that! We are expecting our 3rd baby!! We are so incredibly happy and excited! We also announced this on mothers day with a very simple, yet cute picture I found on Pinterest. Here it is
I love the simplicity of this picture. It says it all!
This pregnancy is unlike any other. Why?? Well.. I'm actually sick with this one. I thought I would stay true to my past pregnancies but my body and this baby are not letting that happen. I have nausea all day long. It is especially worse during the morning. I am hoping this passes quickly. I have not been the best mom lately due to it. Thank goodness for my trusty babysitter named TV!
I finally started feeling decent before church and we made it to church. The first half of sacrament was spent in the halls (like usual) with my screaming H and D fell of the bench and hit his head on the hymn book holder corner. You could say it started out smoothly. Somehow the second half was much better. My favorite was relief society because that's when all the men take the kids and all the woman get to go together without distractions. I was very happy to get a cinnamon roll during class too. Food=happiness for me. The lesson was incredible. I won't go into detail but we had speakers talk about modern and ancient heroes who happened to be woman. The focus was on being a hero also. To me the most important things happen in life inside the walls of our homes. It's such a big responsibility to raise children. I know i'm not perfect, but I do have a goal to raise my kids to know God and to know how to love one another.
Being a woman is such an honor. There are so many worldly things out there that try to make woman feel less because we aren't able to do things men do. While I know woman are just as capable of doing almost everything a man can, I think it's more important to just do what we can to try harder and be better. We don't need to compare ourselves to any man or woman. In the sight of God we are all wonderful and we all can accomplish so much good. I know that most good I can do, is by raising my children right, and loving my husband the way he deserves. He loves me more than I deserve and I'm so thankful he's my partner for forever and ever. He helps me be the mommy I am today.
Happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful woman out there! Keep being awesome.

D is one years old!

Well this little handsome man turned one on February 6!!
This year flew by. He has grown up so much quicker than I ever anticipated. I l ow people say that time goes faster with each child and they weren't kidding.
D loves balls so so much! Ball was his 3rd word. He loves them so much, we chose to do a baseball theme for his party and his one year old pictures.
Doesn't he look smashing in a baseball cap?
That smile!!!
He's such a goofball
I love this shot! He threw the ball and they got a picture of it mid air.
For his birthday we threw a fun little party with a few friends and family. It is so nice to celebrate this little mans life.
I had a lot of decorating help from my
Good friend Ashlyn. (She's awesome) of say things turned out great!
Y
Take me out to the ball game theme.
Baseball sugar cookies I made
Baseball cake
Angled shot
Another angle
Well the party was a blast! I think it turned out great. We served hot dogs and cookies and ice cream cake.
D didn't get too messy.. I should have done chocolate frosting.

At this pint in his life he has grown so much. He knows about 5 words maybe more. He has 5 teeth and a few coming through the gums as I write this (literally because he's super teething.) He has not been walking yet. He has taken a few steps but he is very chicken. He crawls super fast too, so I don't think he's in any hurry. He is aggressive with his brother and can dish out some pushes but his favorite thing is to get his big brother in trouble for hitting or pushing him. He's thankfully still a mamas boy but loves his daddy too! He loves being chased!! He is still the sweetest thing and such a light to our family. He does not do cuddling but he does give slobbery kisses and head butts. He just loves bonking his head into other people's. We love or der-bear. Can't believe he is ONE!!!
